You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, email us at support@akisa.in with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the product back to us.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer. We’ll contact you for details after return approval.
Items on sale or clearance are non-returnable unless damaged.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
