1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days
  Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Orders below ₹999 may include a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional ₹50 COD fee.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS. You can track your package using the provided courier link.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 2–3 attempts. If undelivered, the item will be returned to us and re-delivery may be chargeable.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@akisa.in within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
